0197(1) Handwashing was observed at appropriate times during the onsite visit. 0197 (2) removed 0197 (6) Leftover foods are not labeled with the date leftover food was opened or cooked. 0197(7) Provider confirms already prepared, leftover food brought in by the catering company is placed in the freezer to be served again at a later time as not to waste it. 0197(4) Bibs used for meals were seen stored below hanging spray bottles containing bleach solutions. 0197(3) The fridge and freezer appear to be at the correct temperatures. Signs of spoiled food were not evident.
